Millet Dosa Preparation
Ingredients 
urad dal - 1cup (100gms)
Kodo millet / arikelu - 2cups (200gms)
fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Rinse off both the urad dal and Kodo millet thoroughly and soak it for 8hrs
After 8hrs grind each of them separately and mix it well and ferment it overnight /8hrs
After 8hrs the batter will be fermented well and ready to make dosa
Serve with your favorite chutney in it.
